Compared with hiring

A full-time Head of Product in London costs roughly £110,000–£150,000 a year before on-costs, and typically takes three to six months to find. A fractional engagement at From £5,000/month starts within weeks, carries no notice period beyond the month, and you get someone who has done the job at VP and CPO level rather than someone growing into it.

When you're ready for a full-time hire, I'll help you make it and hand over.

How the credits work

  1. The review (£195) is credited in full against any sprint.
  2. Half a completed sprint is credited against the first month of a fractional engagement.
  3. The workshop is credited in full against the AI Delivery Setup.

If the review tells you nothing you didn't already know, I refund it.

Questions people ask

Why publish prices at all?
So you can decide whether to call without a sales dance, and so the prices are the same for everyone. If a quote needs to differ from the published price, I’ll say why.
What does "from" mean if prices are fixed?
"From" is the starting price for the scope described on the service page. Once we have scoped your engagement on the call, the price is fixed and does not change. Most engagements come in at the starting price.
Do you work on a day rate?
No. Sprints are a fixed price for a fixed scope. Fractional work is a monthly retainer. Both are easier to budget than a day rate and stop everyone counting hours.
What does "credited against" mean?
The review fee is deducted in full from any sprint you go on to buy. Half of a completed sprint is deducted from the first month of a fractional engagement. Each step feels like it was already partly paid for, because it was.
Is VAT included?
Prices are shown excluding VAT, which is added at the standard UK rate.
What if we only want the review?
That’s fine. Plenty of people will take the review, act on it themselves, and come back later. There’s no obligation to continue.
What if the review isn’t useful?
If it doesn’t tell you anything you didn’t already know, I refund it. You keep the document.
Do you work outside London?
Yes. UK-wide, mostly remote, with days on site where they help.
How long are these prices valid?
These prices are valid until 31 March 2027. Work agreed before then is at these rates for its full term.
